On the Recap: Formality Sunday

Kolo brother...Is he the new Milner???
Captain Marvel...City finally came good after drawing two consecutive games; Mr. reliable Carlos Tevez produced one and netted two goals for Mancini men to claim back the fourth position; The Citizen unexpectedly played well when so many issues surrounded them for the past few weeks; Mark 'Former Manager' Hughes humbly admitted City were the better side after claiming that he is the best man to take the club forward, not Mancini; Fulham uncharacteristically poor throughout when conceding three goals inside the first half; Yaya Toure excelled in the attacking midfield role and managed to score one while Pablo Zabaleta scored a cracker in front of the watchful eyes of his country men Maradona; Zoltan Gera claimed a consolation for the home side and destroyed Joe Hart clean sheet...Ouch...City verdict: Sustainability issue on the title quest is the focus now starting with the game at The Brittania Stadium next week; One to watch: Aleksandr Kolarov.

Steely Rovers...Toothless Villa succumbed to a defeat in four games after Blackburn impressed their new owners with a brace by Gamst Pedersen; He was the most dangerous man in the field and began to replicate his old form when he was the fantasy keeper of the season; Another fantasy keeper in a long long time ago, Robert 'Trickery' Pires played his first game for Villa replacing waste of space Ireland; Can he replicate his previous form also? I doubt it but we will see; Rookie winger Marc Albrighton was ill in this occasion; Villa verdict: Unless their strikers are fit, their defense was no longer fantasy favourite in terms of defensive solidarity they're known for.

One more game to go tonight...Latest update: Gyan is injured...
