On the Euro: Big Guns Cruised

No longer behind CR7
All the European big guns registered a win except Italy on the European Championship Qualifiers. Italy could only draw a blank with Northern Ireland.

Back to our stars performance, Nani produced two goals and create one for Portugal during their match with Denmark. Nani is the main actor in this fixture and Ronaldo was relatively the co star. Injury note for Sorensen though.

Nasri & Malouda ran the show for France but not the goals. Goals from the Spurs/West Ham target Loic Remy & another one by Gourcuff. The forgotten Niko Kranjcar also scored two goals for Croatia for the win against Israel. Another headache for Harry Redknapp next week.

Robbie Keane scored a penalty while Arshavin created one goal in Russia 3-2 win over Ireland. Our fantasy form man, Van Der Vaart also created an assist for Klass Jan Huntelaar in their 1-0 win over Moldova. David Silva scored the third goal for Spain in their 3-1 win over Lithuania. John Carew also scores for Norway.

England Tuesday's opponent Montenegro also won at home to Switzerland to top their group. The qualifiers resume on this upcoming Tuesday.
