On the Forecast: Gameweek 16

Make way for the speedy Gonzalez
Its official; BLP vs MANU game postponed!. With two players injured, one suspended, two are facing a threat of not playing and Nani unavailable, logically this weekend I can only field eight (8) first team players. Something has to be done and point hits are expected. A run down of survived matches for this week snowy edition of On the Forecast:-

ARS vs FUL - Last two home games end with a defeat for the home side; Fulham are fast becoming a draw specialist and proved to be a tough opposition; Arsenal title credentials will be argued if victory is not assured; A tight win for Nasri & Co.

BLA vs WOL - Morten Gamst 'Blogger Man' Pedersen will be unleashed after stayed out from the United drubbing; The Rovers are very strong at home and morale will be high for Wolves after registering a spirited win last time out; Could easily be a draw but I'll go with a win for the home side.

CHE vs EVE - Chelsea welcome back both their defensive maestros in Terry & Essien; A win is expected at The Bridge against a depleted Everton side without their talisman Arteta and possibly Jagielka; Drogba to break his duck and play your Cahill regardless of the outcome.

MANC vs BOL - Bolton haven't tasted defeat since I don't know when while City played well in one week and then bad and then good again; The yoyo performances are due to Mancini over-tinkering tactics; Their form seemed to be based on who's available but at home, other than win for Tevez & Co. can be considered a failure.

WIG vs STK - Two straight defeats for toothless Wigan and this looks like a good opportunity to crawl away from the relegation zone; Stoke had performed admirably for the past weekend and a tough game is expected; Nzogbia versus Etherington to fight it out and may the best team win; A draw.

Carragher will not be missed

BIR vs TOT - Spurs fortune can never be so good after wins against Arsenal & Liverpool; But registering a victory at the St Andrews is not an easy task (just ask Mr Ancelotti) when guarded by a well organised defense; A draw with both teams conceding seems the likely result; Lennon to deputise after injury to VDV.

WBA vs NEW - You can never guess when Newcastle are coming to town; West Brom punished everybody last week as most of us predicted of an Everton onslaught; The good form to continue especially at home; Brunt & Odemwingie to punish another make-shift defense.

SUN vs WHAM - The second game likely  to be cancelled; Sunderland claimed the match will proceed despite the heavy snow; The Hammers take their good form after teaching United a football lesson in the Carling Cup; The Black Cats have more than enough ammunitions in the attacking department while the likes of Obinna, Cole & Piquinone to test Sunderland make-shift defense; A high scoring draw.

LIV vs AST - Liverpool to continue their progress after narrowly lost at the White Hart Lane last week; Might be a good occasion for Joe Cole to perform; Kyrgiakos to replace Carragher in defense and the goals may come from the unlikely source, Meireles maybe; Villa to go gung ho to take any result other than a lost from Anfield; I go with Liverpool win .

With the unlikely scenario of the possibility of games cancellation, put up your strongest side, sit down and just take a ride to the land of uncertainties. May the luck be with you...
